1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to all consumers who purchase Aiseek brand products through the Amazon platform, and constitute the core agreement between the brand and consumers regarding product sales, delivery, after-sales and other services. All sales and services of products under the Aiseek brand are governed by these terms and the relevant rules of the Amazon platform.
2. Order Processing Rules
① After the consumer successfully places an order and completes the payment, the system will confirm the order automatically, and Aiseek will process the order delivery from the overseas warehouse within 72 hours. ② Consumers shall ensure the accuracy of the shipping information and contact details filled in when placing an order. Aiseek shall not be liable for any logistics delays, package loss or other issues caused by incorrect information. ③ After the order is generated, modification of shipping information or order cancellation is not supported in the middle of the process for non-product quality issues. Please contact the official brand customer service immediately if there are any special needs.
3. Logistics and Delivery Services
① All Aiseek orders are shipped directly from overseas warehouses. According to the order destination and product type, the brand will arrange delivery via UPS, FedEx or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), and the full logistics tracking information can be inquired on the order page. ② Aiseek will make every effort to ensure delivery efficiency. The actual delivery time is affected by logistics service providers, destination customs, local transportation and other factors, and the brand makes no mandatory commitment on delivery time. ③ In case of package damage or loss during logistics and delivery, consumers shall contact customer service with the logistics tracking number at the first time, and the brand will assist in negotiating with the logistics service provider for settlement.
4. After-Sales Support Services
① Aiseek provides a 1-Year Free Replacement Service and Lifetime After-Sales Support for all products. The after-sales scope covers inherent product quality defects, excluding those caused by improper manual operation, accidental damage, private disassembly, etc. ② If a product has a quality defect, consumers shall contact customer service through official channels with the order number. After verification by the brand's after-sales team, a Replacement-Only Service (no repair) will be provided, and the replacement product will be shipped directly from the overseas warehouse. ③ The brand's after-sales team is available during 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, and will respond to consumers' after-sales requests as soon as possible during working hours. We will answer consumers' questions about product use and maintenance for the lifetime of the product.
5. Product Use and Liability
① All Aiseek products comply with relevant safety standards of European and American countries (such as ASTM, FCC, etc.). Consumers shall use the products in accordance with the product instruction manual. ② The brand can provide paid repair services for malfunctions caused by non-product quality issues such as non-compliance with the instruction manual, man-made damage, and environmental factors, and the relevant costs shall be borne by consumers. ③ Children's educational toys and AI plush toys shall be used under adult supervision, and the brand shall not be liable for children's safety issues caused by improper supervision.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
① All intellectual property rights of the Aiseek brand, including brand name, trademark, product design, instruction manual, etc., are owned by the brand. No unit or individual may use, copy or disseminate them without authorization. ② Any third party is strictly prohibited from counterfeiting Aiseek brand products. The brand will pursue the legal liability of infringers in accordance with the law. Consumers can report counterfeit products to the brand.
7. Disclaimer
① Aiseek shall not be liable for breach of contract due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government policy adjustments, etc.), delays by logistics service providers, customs inspection/detention and other factors beyond the brand's control, which result in failure to deliver orders on time or handle after-sales services in a timely manner. ② The brand is only liable for after-sales services for inherent product quality defects, and shall not be liable for indirect losses (such as equipment damage, data loss, etc.) caused by product malfunctions. ③ The brand has the right to refuse to provide free after-sales services for quality problems caused by consumers' private disassembly or modification of products.
8. Term Modification and Interpretation
① Aiseek reserves the right to reasonably adjust these Terms of Service according to business development and market demand. After the modification, the updated terms will be published on the brand's Amazon store service page immediately, and the new terms will take effect on the date of update. ② Aiseek reserves the final right of interpretation of these Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between the content of these terms and the Amazon platform rules, the Amazon platform rules shall prevail. ③ The purchase of Aiseek products by consumers shall be deemed as recognition and compliance with these Terms of Service.
